These Terms of Service govern your use of qenvo.shop and any purchase you make through it.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. We may decline orders we suspect are fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.
You are responsible for ordering the correct size — every product page lists hole centers, backsets and dimensions in its fit guide. Measure before ordering; if a piece does not fit as specified, we replace or refund it.
Hardware that does not fit as specified is replaced or refunded in full — send photos and the measurements from the product's fit guide. Our team can confirm fit before you order for unusual doors, sinks or cabinets.
All prices are in US dollars, tax free, with free shipping. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders based on incorrect pricing.
All site content, product photography and designs are the property of qenvo.shop and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
