We want every Qenvo piece to arrive perfect. If something is wrong, here is exactly what happens.
Hardware that has not been installed, scratched or modified may be returned within 30 days of delivery — no restocking fees. Email us for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Hardware that has been installed, scratched or modified cannot be returned unless defective. Defective parts are replaced free at any point within the product warranty.
If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@qenvo.shop with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Orders of ten or more pieces of the same item qualify for project pricing. Unopened bulk orders are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase; email support@qenvo.shop with your quantities for a quote before ordering.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
